complementing clients within the industry a constant market research for good candidates

be more suited to one client than the other.
By using Energy Human Resources, the client has complete access to the Energy
HR database.
Candidate interviews are conducted at the client’s premises. The assessment
of experience, achievements and competency, as well as work behaviours and a cultural
assessment can be tailored to suite the needs of the client.
The client may choose to fully integrate the Energy HR consultant into their Human
Resources Department so they can work together to achieve the overall recruiting
goals.

Employee Relationships
From interview, to induction and orientation, Energy HR aims to
maintain an ‘open door’ relationship with new and existing staff. Staff
often need to feel confident in knowing that their ideas are considered for corporate
